SAFE Precision Rotary Mount Cutter - Medium

The SAFE Large Precision Rotary Cutter is a German engineered cutter that delivers precise and accurate cuts.  This large Rotary Cutter is the perfect accessory for the philatelist, photographer, and hobbyist. This cutter allows for the fast and accurate cutting of paper, photos, or film.  Paper is held in position by a clear plastic clamp so you can see exactly where you are cutting.  Its rolling blade can cut multiple layers without producing those unwanted jagged edges. The large (13-3/4″ x 7-1/2″)  cutting area features an easy-to-read grid with cm/mm measurements and template guides are printed on the sturdy aluminum base.

To cut in either direction, just move the plastic housing containing the rotating circular blade. The rotary cutter has a self-sharpening blade that rotates within a plastic casing, safely insuring perfectly straight cuts.

Can use Right or Left handed.
