If you are not happy with a non-special order product, for any reason or if a purchase is damaged during shipping, just contact us and we will do everything within our power to correct the situation. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Special Orders & Shipping Policies
We are happy to order any number of special order stamp albums for our customers. We purchase these albums from the publisher prior to shipping the album to you. However, we are not able to return a special order album from the publisher once it has been printed. For that reason, we are unable to accept special order stamp albums for return. For other items, please contact us and we will provide you with the information you need to return an item(s). If an item is damaged during shipping, we will replace it, but it will not be accepted as a return.
Orders are compiled and shipped at least three days per week. Books and stamp albums are sent by USPS Media mail, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Customers can request USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail for an extra fee. Other items are shipped by USPS First Class, Media or Priority Mail.
